The Legend Location
The Legend Condominium building in downtown San Diego lies in the East Village, located at 325 7th Avenue, adjacent to Petco Park, the home of the Padre's Baseball club.
It sits on a three acre Park at the Park location, the only residential building on the ball park property. This redevelopment, known as the Ball Park District, has created a new neighborhood with streets lined with street level businesses; eating establishments; small shops, and friendly bars.
This area of the city is only a stone's throw from the Gaslamp District, one of the most charming of all the parts of downtown San Diego.
